1/8 Cup Falcon Grove OilsPeppery Red Grape Vinegar
Falcon Grove Oils Roasted Garlic Gourmet Salt
Pre-Heat oven to 200 C
Boil potatoes whole until tender. Drain and pat dry with paper towel.
Season with Falcon Grove Oils Roasted Garlic Gourmet Salt and place on an oven tray brushed with Falcon Grove Oils Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Carefully flatten each potato with a potato masher or fork (keeping in one piece).
Drizzle with Falcon Grove OilsVinegar and Falcon Grove Oils Garlic Olive Oil. Top with chives and bake until golden brown and crisp.
